You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition, unused, and unworn.
- In the original packaging (if applicable).
- With all tags and labels still attached.
- Excluded from the list of non-returnable items (see below).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns. These include:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items that are damaged or altered by the customer.
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
